These soft pretzels are typical of the street food you find in NYC.  The only thing you might add is a German Style mustard. Well that is what I would do.

When I said add mustard I meant slather mustard or dip  the pretzel in mustard. I can smell them and taste them so. I am gunna have to make some now. A real treat these are.

The process and recipe are very much like a  bagel.

I found mine didn't keep too well. Went a bit soggy and needed to heat up a bit in oven. But yummy once warmed.
