They look great cookie. Guess what, I made them today too. Used two teaspoons of yeast and they worked out fine. DS4 and I had fun making these.

How long do the last? Can you freeze them? Thinking kids lunch box snacks.

Will let you know as having the last two for lunch tomorrow. Although I was thinking of heating them up.

I divided it into 20 portions but think I could even break them into 40 for the kids. Heaps for the freezer

Wow 3 people have made them already, well done girls. Tell me, I've never eaten this type of pretzel so do you eat them for snacks, with a meal or what. Obviously you don't split and butter/fill them with anything or do you?
