ES - it was delicious. I added a button squash, smoked paprika and a pinch of Chilli with the onion, garlic and capsicum. I used plain pork sausages and I served it with couscous with parsley and chicken stock. My family will happily eat this again. Thanks for an easy dinner. I cooked it in my ThermoChef at 90C with the butterfly in as I don't have a reverse function.

I made this for dinner tonight and it was delicious. I added a button squash, smoked paprika and a pinch of Chilli with the onion, garlic and capsicum. I used plain pork sausages, and I served it with couscous with parsley and chicken stock. My family will happily eat this again. Thanks for an easy dinner.

I've never made this. Thanks ES it looks very appetising. I will have to go over to my favourite butcher and get some of his lovely sausages.
