I go around in circles and get nothing done all day if I don't know what we are having for dinner - therefore menu planning is a must here. (I also menu plan lunchboxes and our lunch too.)

This weeks dinner menu as follows:
MON: shepherd's pie (using leftover mince and mashed pot bites from the freezer)
TUE: chicken casserole (using leftover cooked chicken in the fridge)
WED: lamb chops in gravy (slowcooker) with mashed pot and mixed veg
THUR: marinated beef roast with roast potatoes & pumpkin, steamed beans, curried corn & carrot dish, zucchini muffins + gravy
FRI: Pork ribs, potato bake, veg
SAT: steak sandwiches.
:D

Sounds good Robyn. At least if the kids help plan the meals you know they will eat them.  :D

How old is your DD Robyn?
