Sandwich Bread Page 220
………an absolutely lovely loaf of bread.  What surprised me was how the job was made easy and quick using the TM5 chip . I did not separate the dough into 3 as suggested but dropped the entire mixture into the tin at the appropriate time. I did this to obtain  uniform slices for the toaster. The texture and taste is fantastic. It is sad that I must freeze some of it to preserve it all. This will be my favourite basic bread.

I also love this loaf Decadent Dot.  This makes a lovely uniform size loaf for the toaster, doesn't have too much of a crust and is extremely simple to make using the recipe chip.

Melting butter and brown sugar smells so good when making it too!
