Suzanne, lovely rolls.  Do you weigh the dough?
Katj, I used the basic recipe and had a little of the lemon filling over. I brushed the tin with cake release and put a tablespoon of lemon filling in each. Although fiddly to make , I will make again but will make glazed lemon slices to place on top.  I gave one to a friend to taste.  She has a Cafe and wants me to make some for the shop. No way.

Thanks Chookie. I would have to agree with you on not wanting to make for a cafe. The pleasure of cooking soon goes out the window when it becomes business. No way

Loving all these individual serves of cooking and if you don't have the pans like that you can use a muffin tin, ramekins, mini anything really.  :D

Last night made individual sticky date puddings from the everyday cookbook - added 1tsp of ginger powder and 1tsp of all spice.

Great food.  What a great idea Chookie. I love that recipe but would have never thought to bake individually. Your rolls are perfect Suzanne. Nice puddings mich.
