Katj, I used the basic recipe and had a little of the lemon filling over. I brushed the tin with cake release and put a tablespoon of lemon filling in each. Although fiddly to make , I will make again but will make glazed lemon slices to place on top. I gave one to a friend to taste. She has a Cafe and wants me to make some for the shop. No way.
