I have had this recipe on my 'To Try' list for quite a while. I haven't done so yet so don't know if it's anything like the bought stuff, but it's very simple and could be done in the TM. If you try it please let us know how it turned out.
english salad cream 100 ml light cream (cooking cream)
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 heaped tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp white wine vinegar
6-8 anchovies, finely chopped
Whisk all the ingredients together until well combined. Taste for seasoning.
