Hi all,

I've not been around much but came back to share that I'm now doing weight watchers and sadly the TMX has been neglegted. A plus though, I've lost almost 7 kg! Yay. So I'm here because I'd really love some inspiration and recipes to use the TMX and find some WW friendly recipes!

Well guys! Have lost 14 kilos....hurray! ....but cant get into that green dress (valentino classic from 10 years ago!) The problem seems to be my rib cage, after having Little S*d or big sod, it appears that although I have finally got my figure back, but my rib cage is 2cms bigger! Am going to start my maintenance diet now, which is eating 3 days normally and 4 diet! So can finally start trying some of all these lovely recipes 3 times a week. And now have to go out and buy a new dress! Shame! :'( :'( :'(

Well done Bron, how have you done it?  I am a relatively new TM user and have put on about 5 kg since getting it, cooking up a storm, I have been.  My very definate New Year Resolutrion is to lose 15kg by mid May.  Can you let me in on any tips pleae ? especially using our TM's.

Ta, I look forward to hearing from you :)

Hermie, have written down all my tips on here. I lost the first 6 kilos in 6 weeks, and the rest has taken longer, but in total I have lost 14 kilos, ideally I need to lose 3 more kilos, but its tough at xmas time so after tomorrow, will get back on track to get rid of the final 3!
