Karen- They now call Core *filling foods*. If you buy the magazine, you'll notice some foods highlighted green. They're basically the old core foods.
I basically stick by the core rules now and it works REALLY well for me. That's if I keep my portions in control that is... Overall the rules are what are easy to live by if you like good wholesome food.

I have just started WW today....the online version you can add recipes and convert the points. I agree instead of packets, much better fresh food recipes - In my books I am going to work out the points and put them with each recipe.....I wont tell you how many goes I have had though...

Woohoo!!!
I had a great week. I lost 1.2kg, that's the most I have dropped in one week and I haven't been going hungry at all, in fact I have probably been eating more. I have been tracking religiously. I find that when I don't I tend to eat more without thinking and then if I don't lose that week I get very disheartened. Good luck to all this week.

and from past experience (and especially when breastfeeding) if you don't track, often you don't eat enough either. You think you are doing ok but are no where near your points and are literally starving yourself

How do you think you'll go over Christmas Pauline? Must be the hardest time to stick to a diet
I used to make the sago puddings out of a Weight Watchers book - not as nice as the Women's Weekly ones but so much lower in fat.

Well done everyone. Like JD I lost 8kgs pre and post surgery, but can feel it sneaking back on (think its the quality testing of Christmas recipes). Trying hard to keep it off.
All the best to everyone with WW and any other type of dietry changes.
I sincerely believe that getting back to "real" food puts us ahead.

Well guys! Have lost 14 kilos....hurray! ....but cant get into that green dress (valentino classic from 10 years ago!) The problem seems to be my rib cage, after having Little S*d or big sod, it appears that although I have finally got my figure back, but my rib cage is 2cms bigger! Am going to start my maintenance diet now, which is eating 3 days normally and 4 diet! So can finally start trying some of all these lovely recipes 3 times a week. And now have to go out and buy a new dress! Shame!

Yeah wish only my rib cage had grown - think my hips have expanded and legs shortened - amazing what those bones do!!
Won't be buying a dress anyway if I do get a figure less than 0 back.
Good work bron
