Welcome Mark. Where do you come from? How is your TMX going?

Welcome Mark! Great to have you here. ;D
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Sorry, should have been more specific. My wife and I are from Mackay; Queensland; Australia. We have had our themo now for around 16 months and love it. We eat just about anything but have mainly been cooking from the "Every day" cookbook and are looking to expand ourselves. I would like to try more fish dishes but anything new will be great.
