To post recipes I have converted, how do we go about mentioning the source. I figure since the ingredients remain the same and the method similiar (other than in the TMX) that the original source should be linked to? Is this correct?

Now if only I could master meringues, I could have posted a pic of my lemon meringue pie. But with or without the TMX, I cannot do hard peaks. Oh well. Made a lemon butter that did not quite work in the TMX, think needs to be cooked longer would fix it. but is a yummy lemon sauce for lemon chicken etc at the moment. Should get to type them up tomorrow

OMG - I just made the best "sandwich" wrap thingy which was gluten free and tasted GREAT!!!... it would also work brilliantly as a pizza base. I used the thermomix - just cause I could, but will do a bit more tweaking (and mak it at least once more
) then post the recipe. For those who want a sneak peak - here is the original recipe
http://glutenfree.wordpress.com/2007/07/18/gf-wrap-sandwich-success/
Yum yum yum. Did not even need to toast it - first "sandwich" (without using toast) in sooooo long, and tasted brilliant. (ok yes I am over tired - up most of night with a teething bub again, so a little crazy, but seriously yum) tasted a bit too much like a pizza base, but I think I need to lower the oven temp and bake a little longer... Anyway we will see tomorrow.
Ok excited rant over now, off to get some rest and sleep (hopefully)

Jules, I can understand your excitement after checking out that link and reading all those positive comments. How good does that wrap look, I could eat it myself. Can't wait to see your conversion and some photos maybe?

Yeah Jules. Hope the baby is sleeping a little better for you. The freezing nights aren't helping much.

they are so yummy - made the last batch with cheese and bacon on top of half
and will be using a plain one tonight as a pizza base
(promise I will get pics and recipe up soon, just not 100% sold on it yet. Still think it either needs less water or lower temp/longer cooking time...
