I reheated the leftovers last night and it was still very good.
I forgot to say I used 1 teaspoon of paprika and I teaspoon of veg stock concentrate.

I assume the onion/capsicum/gherkins are served on top of the meat?  (or under it)

Melinda they are put back into the sauce which is then poured over the chicken.  You will need to cook other vegies to serve with this dish.
