I haven't heard that term before Kathryn. I need to get out more. :P

i have to agree, i guess it seems fashionable in a way to cook nice food cause of masterchef..... i never needed a tv program to make me appreciate great food.  people are like this with anything made to look trendy on telly, sheeple is a great way to describe it!!
apparently tm is getting a big writeup in the new masterchef magazine for july, i shall be interested to see if does our beaut machine justice!

"Sheeple" I love it!! Should be spelled, 'sheople', but then, people wouldn't get it. :P
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

MJ I guess we could spell it both ways, depending on who we are speaking about.

Clever sheep that go straight through the gate instead of running round in circles are clever so they are sheople.

People who follow everything supposedly like a sheep are sheeple.

Actually that sets me thinking about following like a sheep, they certainly don't follow when going through gates. But then I guess they do when they are going to have a drink and are walking along their little sheep pads. OOh I think I had better stop thinking and shut up.
What a lot of nonsense I have just bored you with, time to go and do some housework. :P :P :P :) :)

How about some slow cooked beef cheeks. Bet she would never know. :-)) :-))

Gert

LOL - she actually likes beef cheeks - they look like normal meat.  She had some on Wed night at a specail dinner with risotto milanese.  But innards are out!

Thermomix has got a few mentions on Master chef, Claire actually called it by it name last week.  The Saturday West Australian actually said " to cook like a master chef you need a thermomix"  Great news for consultants should boost sales???
