Hi, First time posting, I have a recipe that needs to be converted to thermo a friendly version. The recipe is from taste.com.au and is named Cherry Blondies. Thanks in advance for your help. Awesome forum by the way.

i'd melt the butter and chocolate on about 60-70' until melted (probably 5 mins or so) then let cool a bit, then add the rest and mix on speed 4-6 til well mixed (scrape down in the middle). voila

Thanks for the quick responses, Looking at the original recipe it doesn't look hard to convert. Yes I agree melting the choc and butter first then let cool then add rest of ingredients. I went cherry picking and have some left over so I tossed some in this and pitted the rest and froze them for something down the track.
