'Perth Heat' Sweet Chili SauceMakes 3-4 jars depending on the size.Ingredients500g tomatoes
500g sugar
25 long chillies
a good dollop of white wine vinegar.
PreparationPlace tomatoes, sugar, chiilies and vinegar into bowl.
Cook on 100 for about 30 minutes. Then if you want it thicker, on Varoma with the basket over the MC hole until the thickness required.
Carefully blend at high speed for approx. 45 seconds.
Place into sterilised jars or bottles.
