'Perth Heat' Sweet Chili Sauce
Makes 3-4 jars depending on the size.
Ingredients
500g tomatoes
500g sugar
25 long chillies
a good dollop of white wine vinegar.
Preparation
Place tomatoes, sugar, chiilies and vinegar into bowl.
Cook on 100 for about 30 minutes. Then if you want it thicker, on Varoma with the basket over the MC hole until the thickness required.
Carefully blend at high speed for approx. 45 seconds.
Place into sterilised jars or bottles.

This came about from a failed tomato jam. Beware it is very hot.

Looks good cookie. I guess we could change the amount of chillies to suit our tastes?
Yum I'm putting this on my to try list. Just need some chillies.
