Ring Cake Ingredients200g sugar
Peel of 1 lemon (without the white)
3 eggs
150g butter, softened
1 bag of vanillin sugar (approx 3-5g)
220g milk
400g flour
A pinch of salt
1 bag of baking powder (approx 10-12g)
20g unsweetened cacao
Preparation * Grease and flour a 24cm ring cake pan
* Powderize sugar with lemon peel for 10 seconds on Speed 8. Scrape down the sides of TM Bowl with Spatula
* Add eggs, butter, vanillin sugar and milk. Mix for 40 seconds on Speed 5
* Add flour and a pinch of salt- Mix for 40 seconds on Speed 5-6
* Add baking powder and mix for 20 seconds on Speed 5.
* Pour half of the cake mixture into cake tin
* Add cacao into the remaining mixture and mix for 10 seconds on Speed 5. Pour cacao mixture over the yellow mixture
* Bake in preheated oven at 160ºC for 50 minutes
Note: For a marble effect mix gently with a knife before you place it in the oven
