Just received TM5.
Tried Béchamel recipe from chip.
On adding the flour it clogged under the mixing knife.
Any ideas please?

Welcome Andy.
Try adding the flour to the side/ bottom of the TM bowl avoiding the blades.
I usually add place all the ingredients in the TM bowl and cook 7mins/90c/speed 4.
Have fun cooking in your new TM5

Did this work for you Andy? I hope so, but if not we may be able to come up with some other thoughts.
