Flour clogs under mixing knife
« on: May 09, 2015, 10:26:41 am »
Just received TM5.
Tried Béchamel recipe from chip.
On adding the flour it clogged under the mixing knife.
Any ideas please?
Andy

Welcome Andy.
Try adding the flour to the side/ bottom of the TM bowl avoiding the blades.
I usually add place all the ingredients in the TM bowl and cook 7mins/90c/speed 4.
Have fun cooking in your new TM5 :)

Did this work for you Andy?  I hope so, but if not we may be able to come up with some other thoughts.

Sometimes adding liquid first, also works.
