Hi Daska and welcome to the forum. I can sooooo relate to what you're saying. I have MS and there are many days when my brain is not up to the task.
That's where I love "thermie". No more burnt saucepans or meat turned to charcoal under the grill. He's my best kitchen buddy

Sorry to hear you have MS Merrilyn. DH has had it for over 25 years and he can relate to the brain not being up to task. Thankfully, he isn't the one doing the cooking. I can understand your joy at having the TMX as your kitchen buddy.

Well, we've cooked porridge, rice, quorn/onion stew, pasta and I just made Jabbas chocolate cashew pudding. I have now discovered that Izzy is not foolproof- I left the MC off and have an interesting splatter pattern LOL
