The cakes look lovely Maddy  Can I ask where you got your tin?  JudyDawn, I like your idea of individual meatloaves!

I picked this one up from "House" homewares.  Was about $19.00 at the time.
Before serving, I cut each cake into 3 slices........unless you feel a little piggy.....and eat the whole cake  ;)
.........EAT CAKE!

Yippee. For once I have these cake tins. I bought them a couple of years ago to make mini marble cakes. They were lovely. I'll see if I can find the recipe. Actually I think I'll use this recipe for them. I'll just divide it into 3 different colours.

Is anyone else having trouble with the links? It takes me several tries to get it to work.

Got myself a mini loaf pan from spotlight. I think I will try these today or tomorrow. Thank Maddy for the recipe.

Made these today. They smell very yummy and the mixture tasted great. Have yet to try the finished product. Will let you know the verdict tomorrow.
