500gr carrots
3 potatoes
1 large onion
1 3 tbls Olive Oil
Salt
Preparation:
Peel and chop the potatoes, carrots and onion, then place them in the bowl with 1lt water. Cook for 25 mins, 100ºC counter-clockwise. When done,add the oil and salt and blend for 50 secs, speed 7.
