Ingredients:
160g oil
40g butter
30g soya sauce
3 tbsps mustard
25g walnuts
25g pine nuts
25g almonds
A few drops of Tabasco
Preparation:
Chop the nuts in the
5 seconds / Speed progressively 5-9. Remove and reserve.
Put all the ingredients, except for the nut mixture into the
and cook
4 minutes / 60° / Speed 4.
Add the nut mixture and cook for a further
1 minute / 60° / Speed 1.
Tips/Hints: As its name indicates, the sauce should be served warm. You can use it as a dressing for salads such as chicory, asparagus, cabbage, lettuce etc. It is also good with cooked vegetables.
