As I have a very small kitchen, this is becoming a pain and I am afraid I will wreck my laptop and then won't be able to get on here  :P

DG I bought a netbook for around $200 and use that in the kitchen instead of my main laptop. The particular model I bought can open right up to sit flat so I can put it into a recipe book stand. That way I'm not worried about wrecking my laptop.

I have Evernote on my iPhone and laptop. I copy and paste recipes onto that and have a file that is just thermomix recipes. If I like certain ones I will put it in favourites on Evernote.

I use evernote on a number of devices and find it works well for me.. I have recipes organised in différent folders on
The app to make it easier to find but there is also a search option which CAN be very handy and i CAN access it wherever i am for exemple in the supermarket when i have forgotten an ingredient...very flexible option  :)

I have to agree with Frozzie. If you are looking to use it on a number of machines it is great. I use it on my main laptop, my kitchen netbook, my android phone and also access it from work sometimes (shhh don't tell anyone). Any changes that I make are updated on all versions so I need only change one. I have found it very easy and straight forward to use (unlike some others which are very complex to set up).

I usually bookmark recipes I'd like to try so I have a few too many bookmarks, but don't get around to trying most of them hehe

When I do try a recipe, I type it up complete with photos and notes so I can understand it best for me, as well as tweaks. I have made a master sheet that makes this process easier.  I try and do this straight after I try a recipe so that it's still fresh in my head. Then I print it but if not it's saved in a TMX folder on computer. A bit time consuming but suits me. (although with a young baby haven't had as much time to try or write up)

Organising all my recipes into folders today. A different folder in a different colour for each category.

Also going to copy my favourites out of cookbooks to prevent them from getting damaged.

Very busy JD. DH also gave me a heap of CDs to put on ipod.

Yes I love colours and eventually I will be able to remember what category each colour is for easy finding.
