Definitely look at quirky  Jo's blog. Is your daughter able to have the LSA mix as I always throw a bit of that in a lot of my cooking? It's definitely amazing how well the TM grinds everything up so well and I have made really useful biscuit like bases eg for one of the tarts I make just using nuts and seeds without any flour- I hate commercial  gluten free flours and find I make a lot of my own. Anyway, if you come up with any great recipes, please post them. The members on this forum love nothing better than to see everyone getting the most out of their TM! It really is a perfect machine for those of us who have food allergies and intolerances.

Have looked at Quirky Jo's blog. What is the LSA mix, I know I should know what that is but i cant think as it late! I agree about the gluten free flours.

Have you tried blending a cup of blueberries with a banana as a filling for the tart base(the one with all nuts and seeds). The banana helps to thicken the blueberries, and its just delicious. You can even put in a few whole blueberreis for some extra yummy-ness
