Welcome to the forum Kyls. You certainly are challenged with the dietary requirements for your little Princess.Do you make the nut milk in the TM for her?
Welcome Kyls, Have you tried the almond milk for your daughter, i love it and it makes great smoothies. What a challenge you have, hope we can be of help to you. Frozen banana's a bit of honey, blitz up to make a yummy ice-cream for her. Lucky for you the TMX should help with preparing the food.
The almond milk is always a good recipe to try and can your daughter have the orgran egg replacer? I often use it in recipes as an egg substitute. Also, potato flour, rice flour (made in the TM) and pure cornflour (ie White wings brand etc, not the wheaten) make good thickeners. (Is your daughter able to eat rice or is it jjust rice milk she can't have?) Anyway, there are plenty of fantastic resources on the forum for those of us with food intolerances and allergies- I dont know where I'd be without my TM for knowing what is going into our food and the beauty is, a lot of conventional recipes can be modified to allow for various dietary requirements. Sometimes this takes a lot of experimentation but you'll find that pretty quickly you'll develop a good repertoire of decent recipes to cook.
