Hello and welcome SwansCook. Isn't the thermomix a great addition to your kitchen. I also bought mine sight unseen. Was looking up some preservative free recipes for DS and came across the thermomix. After reading up on it, I phoned HO and got them to send a consultant out. Best decision I had made in regards to kitchen gadgets.

Take care and Happy Cooking

Clifton Hill, Collingwood, Eureka Tower ... just about on top of each other here.  Maybe we should try to meet up for coffee some time, although that is easier said than done.  I don't know about you, but I work 5 1/2 days and wrangling time off is a challenge - although I'm off on my annual gardening overdose at the flower and garden show next Thursday or Friday.

Deedub,
I thought it would be tempting to eat out living so close to restaurants but the Southbank restaurants are actually very expensive and I am fussy about what is in the food I eat. I only really like to eat Thai food when I go out. Although I was just in Sydney for 3 days and I think my husband bought food for 2 of the three days!
 Cuilidh,
It would be great if we could meet up some time as I have bored everyone I know talking about the TM - it would be a change to have someone who understands.
I am retired and very flexible with times. Enjoy the flower show.
Anne.
