Hi im new to all this forum an TM stuff had my thermie for about a month now and loving it. Im in Penola in South Australia and i am a mother to 4 year old twin boys and a 18yo daughter who has just been diagnoised with a dairy and soy intolernace and i am finding this forum very helpful.

Hello melmeeky, welcome to the forum from another South Australian albeit one far from where you are in the south-east of the State. Hopefully you will find all the answers you need to work around DD's intolerance.  4 year old twin boys - lucky you, bet they keep you busy.

Welcome to the forum. If you have a browse through the special diet section there will be some recipes that should fit in with your daughters intolerance's.

I too have a daughter with a dairy intolerance, find TM so helpful in making her "special treats" and meals we can all share too.

Hi Melmeeky, How are you going with the TMX, have you made some Almond milk for your daughter?, it is delicious, makes the best porridge or very nice on cereal.
