Hello melmeeky, welcome to the forum from another South Australian albeit one far from where you are in the south-east of the State. Hopefully you will find all the answers you need to work around DD's intolerance. 4 year old twin boys - lucky you, bet they keep you busy.

Welcome to the forum. If you have a browse through the special diet section there will be some recipes that should fit in with your daughters intolerance's.

Welcome, melmeeky.
I too have a daughter with a dairy intolerance, find TM so helpful in making her "special treats" and meals we can all share too.
Good luck with it all.

Welcome to the forum, twins would keep you busy I sure. Is your daughter 18 years or 18 months?

Hi Melmeeky, How are you going with the TMX, have you made some Almond milk for your daughter?, it is delicious, makes the best porridge or very nice on cereal.
