*Chicken* Kiev
« on: June 16, 2012, 03:11:56 am »

Sorry to interrupt your busy day with a picture not about Thermomixing, but it is about food and you mashed potato lovers might like to add this plating up technique to your ideasbank.

My daughter was served this in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

It looks great Cecilia, the potato would have to be pretty firm - I'm sure someone will give it a go ;)

Indeed, and what looks like carrot for the comb.  (Not to mention the traditional Chick Kiev as the body.)  My daughter was so thrilled when it came to the table that she insisted the chef come out to be applauded.  :)

:D That was a lovely thing for her to do!  I'm sure the chef was absolutely chuffed!!  Thanks Cecilia!  And thank your daughter, too, for the photograph!!!! :D
