Sorry to interrupt your busy day with a picture not about Thermomixing, but it is about food and you mashed potato lovers might like to add this plating up technique to your ideasbank.
My daughter was served this in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Indeed, and what looks like carrot for the comb. (Not to mention the traditional Chick Kiev as the body.) My daughter was so thrilled when it came to the table that she insisted the chef come out to be applauded.
