The blend I use is:
1 tsp ground cardomom
1 tsp ground coriander seeds
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground cumin
Mix them with about 3 tbsp vinegar and pour over the stir-fry about halfway through cooking (if you're doing it in the TM you could probably just chuck it all in whenever you wanted to). I also like to add a good dose of pepper. Depending on how strong you like your spices, you may want to increase or decrease the amounts you use. We also stir through a couple tbsp of oyster sauce just before serving
