I let Hubby have full reign of the kitchen and
on the weekends as he is a bit of a "foodie" and loves to cook on his days off. Hey I get fed so I am not complaining!
He has just made a lemon/orange souffle with the Thermomix and it rose really, really well in the oven, but alas, it kind of collapsed when he took it out. He was devastated! It tasted pretty good though.
Just wondering if anyone has a special trick to keep the souffles up when taken out of the oven?
