My cream cheese frosting ones are also out of the fridge they seem to have always been fine. I'm not a fan of refridgerated or frozen cakes and icing either Maddy, they seem to have a different taste, but I'm not a huge fan of any frozen food - just fussy I guess. I should buy one of these domed servers because my kids are unlike any others in that if they can't seem them they don't exist so they just all get left, I feel like I'm always trying to force feed them treats because I hate throwing them away once I've gone to all the trouble.

LOL....I'm sure other kids would love to live with you  ;)
I think it looks nice on the bench, and yes, they do get eaten then.
I have this one out

It is plastic, as the lovely glass ones I have were getting roughly handled by the kids...so they are put away for now.

Thanks Wonder and Maddy. I'm a home and kitchenwares addict unfortunately so already have a stainless steel cake pedestal with glass dome like the cafes. This just sits on one of the display shelves in the kitchen actually so I'll dust it off and start using it for its intended purpose.

Thanks again  :)

I've seen those ones at the shops MEP,  I might have to buy one for the bench.

Yes, they look really good Wonder. I always get lots of compliments about it. The glass dome is very heavy.

Maddy do you have any suggestions on where I should look? Are they airtight?
