You can MEP, I just thought it was nicer cold :) You could have some warm and leave some in the fridge to cool down, then you could try it both ways ;D
I think it would be nice warm with a big scoop of icecream melting in it, but we didn't have any icecream when I made it :-))

Thanks Amy. Will give it a go. I've not made custard in TMX before.
