1/2 of the mix is in the freezer, i want to try and make sausage roll with it 
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

uni did you try this as sausage roll mix and hally as lasagna??

ive added to my veg list for meatless meals :)

Kim, I haven't tried this as a sausage roll filling but have used Cyndi O'Meara's Carrot, mushroom loaf as a sausage roll filling.
Halved the recipe as it makes a large quantity and only used two eggs so the mixture wasn't as runny and easier to handle.
