I'm on DD's computer and the photo is the correct way. It still looks delicious no matter which way up it is. :D

Thank you. It tasted fantastic too. Served with baba ghanoush, went very well together.  Had 3 kids over & 2 mums for a play after school. Hubbys turned up & everyone left at 9pm!! Lucky I had lots of food on hand to feed everyone :)
