Review for Chia Berry and Vanilla Jam.....Cooking with Tenina
When I first made this jam I wasn't impressed as the chia sort of stuck in my teeth. However as it cooled the chia softened ( a wise Judy said it probably would). It doesn't seem to have a strong fruit flavour of jams but I am really enjoying it. Perfect for someone who wants jam but not the sugar.
4/5 (only because I love my sweet, sugary jam)
