This was tea tonight with cobb loaf. Used the 25g lemon juice as per JD's suggestion as I'm not too keen on lemon in soups. Very delish.

Finally got my hands on a copy of "For Food's Sake" and this is the first recipe I tried. Love it! It's so easy and so flavorful. A great week night meal. I didn't have celery so I substituted with carrots. It was really yummy and husband approves :)

We had this for dinner. Should have read the review earlier. Celery was a little undercooked for me and agree lemon could have been halved. But still Yum. I had about 900g prawns.
