No cookie. Put in your frog, add butter. 100, speed 2 , 10 minutes to sauté. Then blitz for 5 minutes at least to get the right texture.

Just catching up on this thread and was thinking the same that the quail reminded me of frog legs and remembered this photo I had from our holiday last year.
