That looks nice Katie.
I made farfallina's walnut bread last night http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=4091.0;prev_next=prev

I've been finding that bread has been taking a long time to prove at the moment as it's been so cold. I mixed up the dough and left it to prove while I visited my parents. That took longer than I expected, and I was gone for about 2 hours. When I got back, the dough was pushing the mc out of the lid so I divided it in three, plaited it and left it to rise again. I then popped down to the neighbours for a drink and ended up staying for dinner....I think it was at least 2 hours before I got it in the oven. Despite my neglect, it turned out really well.

Tonight I made Judy's creamy leeks http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=14005.0 to accompany pan fried salmon and veggies. It was really, really nice and there is none left. Thanks Judy!

Wish I could upload photos to share, but no matter how I try I just can't get it to work.

Anyway, today I made Thermomixer's Spinach and Chickpeas, Seville Style.  I have posted my changes on the thread.  It was very tasty, but I am not sure what kind of meal to serve it with.  I think you could easily add chilli and it could become an Indian dish, but is very nice by itself (by the way, mine didn't look anything like the one illustrated on Thermomixer's thread!)

I also made riv_mum's Green beans with macadamias and garlic.  I made it much as per the recipe, it needed quite a bit of pepper and, as macadamias are so oily, I would suggest a bit less butter.  I also think it would be best to simply use chopped macadamias instead of doing them in the TMX.  One again, needs a good tsp of salt, but will make a very tasty side dish on a dinner table.

Thanks for your contributions Marina, they both look nice recipes for sides.  Any of your employees able to show you how to upload pictures?
