Interesting mab. I've never had Pumpkin Jam. I seem to be the only one round here that has much jam sadly. I still manage to get through it though.

I made another loaf of the Irish wholemeal bread, and needed a quick dessert whilst the oven was still hot, before visitors arrived. CC's brownies were the perfect solution http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=11591.0

We had farfallina's Chicken and Vegetable Patties last night. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=6523.0
We enjoyed them but did have them with Chilli Relish. I felt they needed something. They would be great for hiding extra vegetables in.
A cheese sauce would be lovely with them too.

Made Sally's Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls for the challenge and was happy with them. Will go to the recipe for my comments.

I got home from work today to discover only a crust of bread left, so needed to make some bread in a hurry. This recipe had no proving time at all, so I gave it a try. I haven't cut it yet, but it looks pretty good http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=259.0

I don't have any nut free biscuits suitable for school lunchboxes, so I made these whilst the oven was still hot from the bread http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=3612.0 I like oat biscuits, so these are perfect!

I'll see if I can tackle one of the vegan or vegetarian recipes at the weekend if I get a chance.
