your'e the reason i did the two ;)

a week or two? we'll just see how we go, but anyone who wants to can do it after that anyway. if most people are ok with this as the first i'll start a new thread :)

Is it possible to make this open to non-Australian TMX owners, maybe by writing the basic recipe onto the challenge?   The UK book does have a mushroom risotto recipe but it may not be the same as yours and it would be good to be at the same starting point.

i think it would be kind of fun to use yours as a base so we can see what yours is like! but I will see what i can link to in the other thread, for those who'd like to use the aussie version ;)

I'll give it a shot - like Quirky, we are dairy and wheat free...and egg and soy!  So risotto is a great choice for us   ;D
