What do you all think of this idea?

we have some forum challenges to have some fun - eg:

make something new from the EDC and report on it
  • someone picks one recipe for us to make, compare pics and reviews
  • convert a favourite recipe
  • convert a recipe submitted by someone
  • any other ideas?

who's in? :D

Sounds like fun!  I'm in!  (Do you mind if I change the recipes to make them wheat free, dairy free and naturally sweetened?  Can't eat it otherwise!)  :P

Yep I'm in, maybe not on a regular basis, depending on how many days I am at work each week etc.

I'm thinking to start simple, but open to ideas if you think this is too easy...

FIRST CHALLENGE: make a variation on the risotto OR rice pudding recipe (or both if you really want lol). could be a minor change like chicken for mushrooms, or a major change! bring it on!

please share your recipe or at least outline your modifications, and bonus points for pictures and reviews ;) :D
