Here it is, my ketchup based on fresh tomatoes, sunriped!
I added some spices, like allspice, dried ginger, mustard flour and cayenne.. Though for me a bit on the sweet side i kept the sugar.. Maybe will do with a bit less next time!
I do reduce more then the original recipe, since the tomatoes are fesh.. I start with a 3 sec, speed 4 blitz so all ingredients fit in the bowl, then 40 minutes varoma speed 2.... Then blitz speed 10 for 90 seconds to make sure the texture is ok.. And then go back to varoma (always with basket) for 15 to 30 minutes to get the right thickness
