Very timely - my brother in law has just caught some beautiful fish and frozen for me as I can't pick them up for a few days.  He did tell me that it would be nice battered.  Have saved this to use soon.

I have made this using cornflour which worked well and made a light tasty batter.
Make sure you get pure corn flour as some is made with wheat.
I use white wings corn flour.
Good luck it is a nice batter.

Thanks BTBT, I only have corn cornflour here which is gf so will give it a try  ;D
