Review Lemon Chicken from KIS
« on: August 18, 2015, 09:17:14 am »
We had this for dinner last night. I cooked it in my AF. We all enjoyed it, but as I am not a great fan of anything lemony I didn't rave over it.
It was very easy to prepare, and I read somewhere that it can be prepared and put in the freezer until needed. It has a distinct lemon flavour which I am sure will appeal to people who like citrus flavours.
I prepared it exactly as the recipe and marinaded it for about 4 hours.

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Thanks for the review Cookie; I just love anything citrus so must try this one. I was given a bag of fresh off the tree, lemons and limes this morning so no excuse now.

I'm not a fan of lemon in meals (aside from fish dishes) like that Greek soup with lemon or meat marinades, however I've made this before and written "delicious" next to it so we must have liked it.

I have this marinating in the fridge at the moment and we are having it for dinner tonight. I love it and it is about the 4th time I have made it.
