Just one quick thing. This morning I decided to leave the 'sludge' in the milk I made and cook it with the polenta. It was great and I am sure had extra nutrients in it too.
. To make it easy, before i go to bed I quickly mill the rice and then almonds add the wate and just leave it in the tm overnight. Then in the morning it's just a matter of adding the cocnut oil and honey and cooking for 6mins before adding the polenta and cooking for another 5mins at 100oc. Perfect everytime. Thanks heaps for you help. Another 'staple' added.

Good plan! I add the sludge to bread, cornbread, cakes, bikkies, custard, white sauce, pancakes.... all sorts of things! Waste not, want not!
