Is a 900 tin a 750g of flour bread dough? I have a 680 tin which takes a 500g flour mix and the TM does it easily. There is a herb and garlic loaf in the 2009 festive book that uses 750g of flour, So the long answer is.....if a 900tin takes a 750g flour dough then yes it does a 900g tin
Alternatively make 2 loaves at a time using two 680
As for square bread just get yourself a tin with a lid that slides on from a bread making shop they are fantastic
Wow, Easter and school holidays has really kept us busy. Just 2 days to demo day and time has flown by. We've been cleaning out the fridge and trying to eat all our "bad" food in preparation for starting the FAILSAFE diet. I've been trying out some recipes to see how they go down, and so far so good.
I've been trying to get that bread tin I got from Myers tested out. I've made 2 different bread recipes so far, and even though it's a relatively short tin, the bread has only risen half way in the tin, so nowhere near a "sandwich" loaf yet. Also got 1Kg of Spelt flour from the local health food shop - $9 - eek!!
Anyway, I'm back thinking about the Bimby (Damaris prefers that name to "Thermomix". It was either that, or "Brad Pitt"
)
