Got a present of a TM yesterday!! How exciting! The book it came with is great, but there is not enough there. Happy to see a forum where we can learn and share together!
Happy Cooking.

Welcome caquince. the TMX will
probably
definitely turn out to be the best gift you have ever received. Was it a gift for a special occasion or just because you deserve it?

Welcome! Who was this wonderful benefactor who gave you a TMX as a present?

Who says in-laws are good for nothing?! LOL. My mother and father-in-law bought it for me - for pretty much no reason other than they thought that I would like one and use one. They were right. Getting more and more confident with it every day thanks to you all!! Hope to actually be on the giving end of the advice someday when I know what I am doing.

What wonderful in-laws you have caquince
. Hope you are giving them plenty of tastings from their gift. They obviously want you to feed their son well
